I recently just replaced one cam position censor for exhaust. I had the oil changed and prior and after this my car is still sluggish. The "pop" when I press the accelorator is not there. The "service engine soon" light is on again. We though it was the censor so we changed it. Now it is still doing the same thing. It accelorates as though something is holding it back. We've eliminated the fuel pump, fuel injection....we're thinking it could be the plugs and wiring? Any suggestions?

A scan of the car with the proprietary BMW scan tool might be revealing.
