The AC all the sudden just stopped blowing air like the fan went out, Is this some thing I can fix like a relay or something? could you tell me where this is located and how difficult,

The final stage is bad and will require replacement. P/N 64-11-8-385-549. You might seek out a BMW pro to assist you on this one. The final stage is behind the glovebox area.
