Electrical problem
1995 BMW 325 6 cyl Two Wheel Drive Manual 150K miles

Car would not start one afternoon. Jumped battery---away we went. Ran about a mile----hit 25 MPH then lights came on dash as vehicle engine died again. Rejumped battery----away we went. Ran fine for 1 minute then died again. Once jumped----it starts right up. Wont run long...... I have no clue.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I recommend starting with checking the charging system. If the voltage gets too low, these cars do just exactly what you are seeing here. The battery voltage at an idle with no loads on should be about 13.5 volts give or take a couple of tenths of a volt. If the voltage goes below 12.8 when loads are applied, then there is a problem. Be careful jump starting, these cars can be sensitive to large voltage excursions.
