How do I replace my right front window motor. It also seems that the window lift mechanism is separated from the motor.

The factory option was to use rivets to secure the window regulator to the door, and then the window motor is screwed to the frame of the window regulator. If there are broken parts then you can get a great exploded view at Realoem.com for part identification and pricing too. Does this help?
