The driver and passenger seats in my BMW are powered. The drivers works fine but i noticed the passenger's would move all directions but tilt up. Is there an easy fix to the problem?

What are the last seven characters in the vehicle identification number? Also, what do you mean by tilt up, do you mean the seat back or the seat base in front or the seat base in rear? If you mean the seat back, there is a plastic gear inside the seat back mechanism that fails and can be a pain to replace.
