Ok, so I changed my comfort relay and my front windows work. Now my problem is the rear windows don't work either at the front console switch or at the individual door switch of either rear door. Is there separate relay that controls the rear windows? What could be the problem?

The comfort relay sends power to the rear windows too. It is possible the windows are stuck, try hitting the door a bit whilst you lower the window switches, the rear switches only get power through the child lock out switch at the console.
