Hello, my car isn't accelrating like it used to and I'm wondering why. What happens is that when I press on the gas in any gear besides 1st, the engine revs like normal but the car just doesn't accelrate nearly as quickly as it used to - it revs high and then slowly accelerates, sometimes it even feels like it "catches" and then starts to accelrate more like it should. It happened all of a sudden one day and hasn't changed since so it seems like something broke, but I really have no idea what and it would be nice to have some clue before taking it in. Thanks for your time =)

The early production cars have a problem with the ignition advance. Possibly it will need a replacement DME.
