1992 BMW 325 fluactuating idle

when my car warms up the idle starts to go up from 600 rpm and 700 and then down again, i cleaned the idle control valve and checks for leaks and found no leaks, the idle still the same.

replace the 02 sensor. BTW, 100 rpm of fluctuations is normal with A/C on or other power consumers.
