1990 BMW 325 batery not staying charged

Car has new alternator, pretty sure its a short. Or could it be something else?

Get both the battery and alternator load tested if okay and wiring -Next morning it won't crank-could be a short circuit somewhere in the electrical system draining the battery overnite.
