Transmission problem
1989 BMW 325 6 cyl Two Wheel Drive Manual

there is no pressure on my clutch pedal.tried bleeding but did not work.the clutch wont release even if i pull the pedal up.do you think its just the master and slave cylinder or a bigger problem.thank you.

Was there fluid loss? aThe master will leak into pass. compart. look under dash on clutch pedal. Also pull boot on slave. If either is leaking replace.
When you say clutch won't release do you mean clutch is engaged ie. like neutral or like it grinds if you try and put in gear?

it stays engage.if i have to move d vehicle i have to start it in gear.cant start in neutral then shift into gear.with the pedal depressed the clutch wont disengage and allow me to shift.

You did not post mileage so I would probably sell the clutch master and the slave with a brake fluid flush to be sure that the problem does not reoccur. Preventive maintenance is important to the longevity of any car.
