1988 BMW 325 NO light in the instrument panel

How do I remove the instrument panel to change bulbs, as the lights went out can't see the gauges at night.

Drop the under dash and there are two knurled nuts that hold the black plastic filler piece under the cluster, remove them and any other screws and take out the plastic piece. Then take out the screws holding in the cluster.
