My 325e has an intermittent problem that acts like a slipping clutch. It slips in 3,4,5 gears mainly when the engine is warm. However, the other day I was doing some hard cornering and putting heavy loads on the engine and I couldn't get it to slip in 3rd. Now it will again. One person said it might be a rear crank seal leaking? Any help would be appreciated.

A tear down and visual inspection will tell you what is going on with your clutch.
