1987 BMW 325 Brakes are weak

Brakes on the car are extremly weak. I pulled the caliper off the rear wheel and it have no piston movement. Car is from up north with lots of rust. Calipers looked bad, lots of corrosion.

If the pistons are frozen, replace the calipers...
