1986 BMW 325 spark plug stuck

I was wondering if there might be a trick to getting a stuck sparg plug out. I have one that won't move at all and I don't want to break it. So any help at this point would be great.

Some penetrating oil in the hole and patience and if it strips the threads you might have to install a timesert.
