How do I remove and repair the odometer in my 325 e?

Seek out a local speedo-tach repair facility or replace the speedometer drive gear. Salvage yards will have them. There is one that I am associated with in San Diego called Autobahn Dismantling @ (619)444-2290 talk to Sean or John
