BMW 323i convertible R reg 112000 miles.
The heater is inadequate.I have replaced the climate control box,with no benefit.
I am about to replace the thermostat.If this does not work,what next?
The temp gauge is just short of midway after 10 minutes warmup.

inspect the heater control valves, they may be the cause of the problem.
