My car is a money pit, but I would like to get an idea what this noise might be so I don't have to crest the $20K point in less than two years on my car (I have a warranty but still come out of pocket a TON!)

My car makes a low whining noise in deceleration only. It does not do it in neutral and I am not totally sure but I think it just started doing it with acceleration as well. It does it at any speed.

You name it in my car and it has been replaced, including transmission and engine. There is a tiny leak in transmission fluid line but reservoir is full.
Whining noise is directly linked to how many RPMs I am using. If I pump on gas pedal noise increases and decreases in tone as I let off. Some vanous sensor was replaced when transmission was replaced. I am not sure what else might be helpful to you but I appreciate your help thanks!
