coolant fan runs all the time . changed out senser did not help

The auxiliary fan is controlled by a device called a final stage. It is controlled digitally and can and does often fail in a "catastrophic" fashion. The failure should first be properly diagnosed, which is impossible for me to do from cyberspace and may require some special equipment. The final stage is built into the fan and cannot be had as an individual part.
