My car is idling really hard. I already replaced the spark plugs and ignition coils. I got a diagnostic at autozone and it said that cylinders 1, 2, and 4 are misfiring still. My idles really hard when I accelerate and makes the exhaust sound almost like a motorcycles. What can cause these problems?

Where did the replacement coils get sourced from? Are they new or used?

They are from the dealer. Brand new.
