Your question was

Hi, My issue is with my 1999 BMW 323i 4dr from California. When I mash the accelerator, from either a dead stop or rolling down the freeway, as soon as I come to a stop the car idles very rough, has not ever stalled, but after driving for a while will clear itself and stop ideling rough. I had a guy hook it uo to a Dr. code reader and it came up with 1) control circuit high 2) P0035 (Pd) Turbo code-- charger bypass/wastegate valve. Is this an incoorrect code reader? Would the Idle Control Valve react this way? Please help!
Thank you for your time!!

Proprietary fault code readers are available, Peake research and Baum tool have them. If there are fault codes, it would help to know what they are.
