1999 BMW 323 BMW Service Code explanation

My check engine light is on and I checked the codes but do not know what they mean.

1) EVAP incorrect purge flow
2) Secondary air system flow too low --cyl 4-6

Do you know what this means exactly?

My guess is both pre cat sensors, a purge valve and clear the adaptations, but first what is the history b4 parts are just thrown in there, and what is the VIN?
