i got a dignostic 4 my car,it says contol module 1,2,3,glow plugs 1&3,injector1,exhaust recirculation system,oil pressure lamp,the mech says he will replace the turbo and inlet manifold and glow plugs ,is that nessersary?

I'm not sure about the turbo but I'm sure it needed glow plugs.
