2003 BMW 320 Manual

DOES ANYONE KNOW IF I HAVNT STARTED CAR IN 3/4 WKS IS IT NORMAL FOR BLUE SMOKE TO COME OUT OF EXCHAUST? SEEMS TO BE FAIRLY BAD UNTIL I TAKE IT FOR A GD RUN. ANYTHING I CAN DO TO PREVENT THIS HAPPENING?

I would guess bad turbo seals, try changing the oil and drive it more often. If this does not help, let me know.
