2002 BMW 320 Two Wheel Drive Automatic 130000 miles

THE TURBO ON MY BMW 320D 2001/2 HAS FAILED - I AM ONLY ABLE TO HAVE IT REPAIRED ON THE WEEKEND - AM I DAMAGING THE CAR FURTHER BY DRIVING IT UNTIL SUCH TIME AS I CAN HAVE IT REPAIRED? I DO LESS THAN 20KMS PER DAY GENERALLY.
