1994 BMW 320 engine cooling

the engine is always overheating. every time i stop from a "not so far" trip the water comes out of the radiator cap.

could you please help me on my problem... thanks

The thermostat is first. change it and bleed the air from the system. Over heating can lead to issues with the cylinder head casting cracking.
