i have a 1983 bmw 320i with 150,000 miles, the car starts and idles like always and when in neutral it even revs up just fine. however when put into gear and accelleration is attempted the car begins to bogg down and struggle. i have mostley all new ignition (spark plugs, spark plug wires, distributor cap and rotor, and coil) and i even have a new fuel pump. what could cause such symptoms?

The fuel distributor is possibly the issue here. The part # is 13-51-1-267-133.

Yes maybe its the fuel distributor. Let a mechanic check if your engine is getting enough fuel to make it accelerate.
