I have an E46 318i BMW and noticed it leaks a little bit of oil when not used over two days. If used daily, oil does not leak. What could be a fix for it and how much should it cost.

Hi there,

We first must locate this leak then we can have a better idea as to what need to be done and at what cost, so first the engine will have to be washed down and run to locate any leaks, often it may just be a leaking sump plug seal filter seal, rocker cover gasket or oil pressure sender, these are all simple and quick fixes with little cost involved, have these check out first.
