2002 BMW 318 Idle Shaking and revving

When idle, the car shakes/wobbles and also it revs up and down between 1000 and 2000. It also does this with the aircon and climate control off. Any suggestions?

Replace the tank vent valve on the intake manifold and reset the adaptations and you should be good to go.
