How to find out if there any problem with radiator cooling fan motor? Thank you... Buck.

I am not sure what you need from us. If the fan is inoperative, it may be the final stage which will require replacing the fan. It may also be something in the control circuit. Scanning that system for fault codes would be very helpful.
