1999 BMW 318 shaking and vibrating

I have a BMW 318i 1999, when i shift the gear to D or R it starts shaking and vibrating too much, but on P or N nothing happens, please anyone can help????

Often times these cars have a failed crankcase vent valve and the part# is 11-15-7-501-567 and it will cause these issues. The valve is on the top of the intake manifold and is relatively easy to replace.
