1998 BMW 318 heater doesnt get warm until car warms up

Heater problem
1998 BMW 318 4 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic

The heater comes on and heats up after the car is warm or we have drove it for a little while plus the lights will come on too then and other times we cant get it to blow heat or see the lights on the heater or a/c.

If the A/C unit is faulty and is not staying on when you turn it on, the control unit can be the issue. Call (516)729-2003 for climate control repair, it is cheaper than new by a mile.
