1996 BMW 318 COOLING FAN DOES NOT KICK IN

HI
The elctric motor fan does not work automaticly whin the car over heat. if i kick hard 4-5 times on the gaz thr fan kick in....or if turned off the engine and wait 60 sec and then open the switcg- the fan work.
i cleanned the radiator
replaced the eleftric unit
replaced thr realyes
replaced the thermostate
nothing work
what could it be?

That car should have an engine driven fan. Please repost with the last 7 of the vin.
