How do i change my multi ribbed alternator belt? How do i get the old one off? From there i could work out how to get the new one on. If possible, could i also have a picture to locate exactly where the tensioner is?

The tensioner is adjusted by removing the black cap on the tensioner pulley and it is in the central area of where the belt runs next to the alternator.
