1994 BMW 318 Transmission noise from 1st to 2nd gear

Transmission problem
1994 BMW 318 4 cyl Manual 62000 miles

I have a 1994 318i with manual tranny. It makes a grinding noise when i only shift from 1st to 2nd but has no problem shifting with the other gears. any solution????

Try running redline gear oil
