The license tag light and the passenger side parking lights do not turn oon,, my head lamps and brake lamps work, but for some reason the passenger side does not want to run when I need then,,,,,PLeas ehelp,,, I have checked the fuses and replaced the bulbs and have had no luck

It is possible the lamp control module is faulty and will require replacement.
