1994 BMW 318 Oily Spark plug threads, very rough idle

the two spark plugs closest to the front of car have oily threads and car idles very rough, but runs very well. What all do i have to do to fix the rough idle and oily threads?

The crankcase vent valve is suspect in the rough idle.
