I have a 1994 bmw 318i I get no oil pressure?

Lol going to need a little more than that DOCHAGERTY. I would check the oil level first. If that is okay then let's go over this guide which can help.

You could have an oil pump relief spring that has broken so the oil pump might need to be replaced. Can you hear the engine making noise or are you going by the warning light? You may have a bad oil pressure sensor, I would remove the oil pressure sensor and install a manual gauge which you can rent from the auto parts store. Also, if the oil has not been changed the oil pump pickup can be clogged. Check out the images (below).
