1994 BMW 318 CAR NOT SHIFTING RIGHT

I just replace my transmission oil and when I tried to drive the car , it will move 20 seconds after i put it on drive and step on the gas pedal which means that it does not respond to gears right away, there is a delay . And when the car tries to change gears , it will jerk and I can feel it . I'd like to know what is wrong with it . Is it the fluid level or something else

First of all check the fluid level make sure it is correct, also checked the vacuum line to the vacuum module make sure you did not knock it off
