1993 BMW 318 my steering shakes alot

I had run into a curb and had gotten a flat tire recently. I changed my tire but for some reason I can't go over 80 clicks. If I exceed 80 clicks the steering wheel starts to shake alot, it almost feels like the wheel is going to come off. At first I thought I didn't tighten the tire correctly but I checked and that wasn't the problem. I was wondering if you can give me an explanation as to what's wrong with my car?
