1993 BMW 318 Back seat rest

I would like to put in a seat cover, but do not know how to release the back seat rest. If there is a release where is it. Thanks.

The rear seat bottoms are popped out with a bit of force in an upward direction. The seat back is held in with screws from the sides that you can't see until the seat base is removed.
