1991 BMW 318 car wont nstart. not getting gas to the carb

where is he fuel pump relay located and or fuse? and also where is the fuel pump itself located?

The fuel pump is inside the fuel tank. Lift the rear seat bottom to access the black panel on the passengers side, three screws and its off. The pump is turn and release and be sure to replace the gasket. The fuel pump relay is under the hood, by the left shock tower. Check amazon.com for a Bentley repair manual for your car
