MY BATTERY IS FULLY CHARGED, WHEN I TURN ON THE IGNITION THE ENGINE DOES NOT RESPOND LIKE THE BATTERY IS FLAT, BUT I HAVE TESTED THE BATTERY AND IT ONLY A YEAR OLD. I DID HAVE A PROBLEM WITH MY TIMING BELT BUT I DID'NT GET A CHANCE TO REPLACE BEFORE THIS HAPPENED.

318's dont have a timing belt.

Thanks for replying is there any more, I mentioned the belt in case it might be related, but its not my main question
