Do you have to periodically adjust the valve train, like
on an old VW Beetle?
I'm hearing a lot of ticking....I keep hearing about
a tool....like a 'feeler gauge', does that sound right?
a flat thing that measures the space on the rocker arms? Does that make any sense to you?

The M-10 motor required valve adjustments. The job should be done by someone with tools and experience. The valve lash is set with a cold motor and is 0.10".
