Engine Performance problem
1984 BMW 318 4 cyl Two Wheel Drive Manual 91k miles

'84 bmw 318i just replaced the fuel injectors, fuel filter, checked the fuel pressure of both fuel pumps (was good), have had the O2 sensor replaced, cold start injector replaced, air idle control unit and sender replaced, and yet it still hiccups just a bit sometimes on acceleration, or even at idle, or on the freeway at 60mph or so.
so im left thinking, fuel lines clogged? Fuel relay?
had a recent tune up (about 6 mos ago) but maybe time for another one?
engine only has 91k original miles and car is in great shape and well taken care of prior to me by a gramma.
any help would be appreciated!
thanks

The engine wiring harness and the engine control module are suspect items here. Also replacement of the air flow meter might get the problem fixed. I have repaired many of these little troublemakers and I need to be frank with you, these repairs are expensive and could easily exceed the value of the car, if you have an emotional attachment to this car, it could become very, very, very expensive. Ask yourself if it is worth it before spending any more time and or money on this car.
