Just so we cover the basics, have you tried to jump start the engine? Sometimes the battery might be turning on the lights but not strong enough to start the engine, it will just make clicking noise.

If you are unable to jump start it and it still just makes the clicking noise, then it is likely a bad starter. As you getting power to the solenoid and that is making the clicking noise but the starter is not engaging.
