1995 BMW 316 High speed vibration through the car

At speeds in excess of 50 mph my car develops a vibration that can be felt through the steering wheel and physically felt through the seats resulting in body shake. Can anyone advise?

Could be tires, wheel alignment and suspension problems birng it in and get checked out sooner or later it might lead to something major
