I have a problem with my dart where the Bluetooth isn’t connecting. I have attached a video showcasing the issue in case I can’t explain very well. But I can’t access the settings for phone and Bluetooth and the system is stuck in hands-free system loading. It’s worked a rare few times (1-3 times a year) but majority of the time it doesn’t work. I have tried to reset the uconnect system looking up guides online but none of them worked. I tried the holding temp up and down method, the holding vr and phone button, and the holding volume and tuner method. But none of them made the system reset. I’m lost and I am thinking of just replacing the entire thing for an apple CarPlay install but before I made any decision just wanted to try to fix it myself before paying a ton of money for an install.

Hi,

I found a technical service bulletin (TSB) that I feel is relevant. However, we need to scan the can-bus to determine if there are specific codes present.

If you look below, I attached TSB information. I need you to have the CAN scanned to see if the highlighted codes are present. As far as the scan is concerned, here is a link showing how it's done:

Let me know if that is something you can do or have done.

Let me know.
