For a while I noticed that my Bluetooth is always hooked up even when I’m playing the radio. If I’m on my phone I can’t hear anything because it’s hooked up. I understand that it has to be connected but it used to do that.

Now it’s started to not hold a Bluetooth connection. It drops a lot now. So, I started using my USB and when the Bluetooth connects again sometimes you can’t hear anything because it’s connected to Bluetooth.

Conflicts between Bluetooth and USB - are fairly common in older vehicles as their Bluetooth systems start to age.

1. Reset the Bluetooth System
2. Delete Paired Devices
3. Reset the System: In some cases, resetting the car's Bluetooth module can help.
4. Clear Phone Cache and Data
5. Disable Auto Connect (if possible)

I would do a hard system reboot which will restart the system, here is a guide to help you fix it:
