When the car starts blueish white smoke starts to come out from exhaust.
The car has loss of power and the engine had very low oil when the oil was changed last time.

Hi,

Is there evidence of an oil leak? As far as the smoke is concerned, the blue smoke indicates oil is getting into the combustion chamber and white indicates coolant is doing the same.

Here is what I suggest. Take a look through this link and inspect as many of the things you feel comfortable doing. The white smoke is a concern because it could be related to a failed head gasket.

Let me know if anything in that link mirrors what you experience.

Take care,

Joe
