My truck keeps blowing the 60 amp fuse under the hood, i'm sure I can hear something burning in dash behind instrument panel but not sure. Headlights go out but dash lights stay on, tachometer all turn off while it's happening, but most the time truck comes back to life until the fuse blows completely. Anyone else run into this?

If it is fuse 10 in the power box that keeps blowing that powers the ignition switch and most of the interior circuits on the truck so it could be pretty much anything. Your description doesn't sound like a direct short as that would blow the fuse fast, not in the slower manor you describe. Have any of the interior fuses blown during these events? If not then it is likely in the harness between the ignition switch and the rest of the vehicle. Does the fuse blow regardless of the position of the ignition switch? Has anything been added or removed prior to this issue? I'm afraid that the only way to really find the problem is going to involve removing the dash to access the wiring harness.
